He holds a Master of Management with a specialisation in Quantitative Finance, completed within the CEMS programme between the University of Sydney and the London School of Economics and Political Science. Valentin obtained a Double Bachelor of Science in International Business from the Business and Law School Berlin and the International College of Management Sydney.

Philip is a managing shareholder of the family-owned company auto-schneider-gmbh, which has been successfully operating in the automotive industry for generations.
